I've spent over 15 years inside large, complex organizations — healthcare systems, research institutions, national compliance companies — doing one thing: figuring out why smart people are still stuck doing things the hard way, and fixing it.

I've built analytics teams from scratch. I've replaced spreadsheet chaos with data systems that actually scale. I've deployed AI and automation where most people still weren't sure it was real yet. And I've done all of it with real accountability — real budgets, real timelines, real outcomes that leadership could see and measure.
